Rescue Spotlight: Tanner’s Endless Love

When you’re a dog lover, it’s not surprising at all to raise several dogs in our lifetime. But there’s always that one special pup you can’t ever forget. Tanner was one of those exceptional dogs who brought sunshine into anyone’s day, and had plenty of love to share. It was for this reason that his furmom, Linda Quinn, created Tanner’s Endless Love, Inc.

About Tanner’s Endless Love

Tanner was born on November 6, 2016 to Matilda, a foster dog who was in her last two weeks of pregnancy when Linda took her in. He was part of a litter of 8. When he was four weeks old, Linda took him to a vet and neurologist, and after undergoing an MRI, Tanner was diagnosed with Spina Bifida, a congenital defect of the spinal cord in dogs. They also discovered that he was missing his penile bone that could subject his bladder to life-threatening conditions.

Linda and Sean officially adopted Tanner on Christmas Day 2016, and although he required constant care and medications, his family worked hard to give him the best life possible! He loved the snow, and was the constant companion of his fur sister, Jessie, who was also a pup with special needs. He was the sweetest dog who had a big heart and loved everyone he met. Tanner crossed the Rainbow Bridge on January 11, 2018 and Linda started Tanner’s Endless Love, Inc to help other animals in need, especially those who have special needs, and promote the importance of spay and neuter.
